Dear ACU Members,
As we end another week dealing with the Covid-19 crisis, I can’t help but reflect upon the pride I feel for the work being done by your ACU staff. They have continued to persevere over every obstacle presented, whether it is changing working conditions, modifying their schedules or just continuing to come into work during an uncertain time. They are the best and I appreciate their commitment.
I would also like to thank you for your patience and understanding while we have made necessary and prudent changes that have been required to fight the spread of the coronavirus. This has meant adjusting some of the ways that we run our branches, but I am happy to tell you that they do remain open.
When we secured our branch doors and asked you to come in one-at-a-time for service, you all responded tremendously. When we asked you to try using a drive-up branch, home banking and phone center, once again, you came through for us. I know that by making these changes, we have all done our part in stopping the spread. For more information regarding current branch hours and other ways to interact, please follow this link: https://www.youracu.org/modified-branch-services/
During the past few days, our staff has begun an effort to touch base with every ACU member by phone. We are hearing your needs and assuring you that we remain here for you. If you have not yet received a call from us, please expect one. We will not be asking your account number or any other account related questions, rather asking how things are going in hopes of learning more about how we can help you. During times of crisis, fraudsters thrive – please remember that neither ACU or any reputable business will call you and ask for account numbers or personal information.
None of us know for certain when this will end, but I can tell you that we continue to work for you, whether that is from home, in our call center or at a branch. We remain ready to take care of your financial needs. That is the nature of our financial cooperative.
With sincere wishes of safety and health,
Ken Leonard
