Dear ACU Members,
I would like to personally relay how ACU is working with our members to combat and persevere the current COVID-19 outbreak.
The growing impact and challenge of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to be the focus of ACU. Early on, our staff began meeting and preparing for this situation and the ramifications for our members. For every individual, this public health emergency is hitting in different ways. Some may be able to work, others may be in isolation, and some are actively fighting the virus. Whichever your situation, know first that ACU continues to stand with you and will offer all of the support that we can.
ACU remains open, providing access to member savings and all of the other services you have come to rely upon. That being said, it is our responsibility to minimize the danger of transmitting the virus. Therefore, we have asked that staff stay home if they feel slightly ill or have had any exposure. Also, we ask that all members refrain from visiting a branch if they have been exposed or are feeling ill. The more that we do to minimize the export and growth of the pandemic, the less it will impact the health and safety of our members and staff, and the sooner we will move past this challenging time.
ACU provides many options that allow members to control their finances from the safety of their homes. If at all possible, please consider utilizing these services rather than visiting a branch.

Having started on Fort Lewis (later JBLM), ACU has a long history of supporting our members in times of need. We’ve proudly been there for military actions and other impactful events over our sixty-six year history. While this current challenge is different from all that we previously faced, it still requires teamwork, resolve and service. I am proud of the flexibility and dedication that the ACU family has displayed and grateful for our membership and volunteer board’s continuing trust.
ACU continues to stand with you.
