With Online and Mobile Banking, you can easily transfer funds between your existing ACU accounts or send money to a friend banking at another financial institution.

How do I transfer between my own ACU accounts?

Transferring money between your accounts is a quick and easy process.
1. Login to the ACU Mobile App
2. Tap on the menu to bring in the sidebar.
3. Select “Transfer Money”
4. Select the account that you would like to transfer money from, and the account you would like to transfer money to.
5. Enter the amount that you would like to transfer.
6. Choose if you would like to send the money now, or schedule for a future date.
7. (Optional) Add a memo or note to the transfer to remind you what it was for when reviewing later.
8. Click “Submit” if satisfied that the information is correct.
9. Click “Confirm” to finalize and complete the transfer. -
How do I transfer money to another ACU Member?

Sending money to another member is a snap!
1. Login to the ACU Mobile App.
2. Tap on the upper left menu to bring in the sidebar.
3. Select “Transfer Money.”
4. Choose the account from which you would like to transfer money.
5. Tap on “To Account.”
6. Select “Another Member.”
7. Enter the member’s account number, and the last name that is associated with their account. (You can save this member to your “Recipients List” to save you time and effort in the future.)
8. Enter the amount that you would like to transfer.
9. Choose if you would like to send the money now, or schedule for a future date.
10. (Optional) Add a memo or note to the transfer to remind you what it was for when reviewing later.
11. Click “Submit” if satisfied that the information is correct.
12. Click “Confirm” to finalize and complete the transfer. -
How do I transfer money to someone who does not bank with ACU?

Sending money from your ACU account is a snap!
1. Login to the ACU Mobile App.
2. Tap on the upper left menu to bring in the sidebar.
3. Select “Bill Pay”
4. (Optional) If you have multiple accounts, choose the account you want to make a transfer from.
5. Tap on the dropdown arrow next to “Bill Pay Dashboard.”
6. Scroll down and select “Transfer/Send Money.”
7. Tap on “To” and then “Add” (Next to the “People” option).
8. Enter the recipient’s information, and tap “Save.”
9. Select the account that you would like to transfer money from.
10. Enter the amount, and setup a security question that only the recipient will know.
11. Select the date of transfer, frequency, and notification options.
12. Add a message to the recipient.
13. Tap “Send,” and the transfer will be complete!
14. A message will be sent to the recipient asking for their account and routing number. The transfer should take 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the transfer has been accepted. -
How do I setup electronic payments, or find my account number (MICR) and routing?

Finding your MICR Number (commonly referred to as “Account Number”) and Routing Number in the ACU Mobile App is easy. These are most frequently needed for setting up direct deposit from your employer, or an automatic payment for a utility bill.
1. Login to the ACU Mobile App.
2. Select the account that you would like to use, such as checking or savings.
3. Tap on the “Details” slider button.
4. On the screen, you can see the MICR number (towards the top) and the routing number (towards the bottom).
