For some time, ACU members have been able interact with the Member Contact Center and other departments through text messaging. It has been a tremendous benefit and time saver for those who prefer texting. ACU is proud to announce further enhancements to our text banking service. Members can now access automated texts, general information, and topics instantly through their mobile device.
By texting in specific key words to 253-964-3113* you can receive relevant information. Typing “Rates” will take you to the savings and loan rates page, “Pay” leads you to the payments page, “Apply” accesses the ACU online loan application. With over 20 text keywords available, you can quickly and easily check your account balance, receive routing information, or access loan applications.
